Jessica has been freelancing for 12 years. Carving her own work environment has brought opportunities, challenges, and perspectives. Most of all, meaningful connections with community spaces!
Jessica has a deep love for design. Her espresso-fuelled craft is combined with an underlying passion for disabled spaces. Now she specializes in accessibility and representation for all.
Based in Canada, she collaborates to empower communities. Jess has had the opportunity to work with incredible groups across the globe.
When not obsessing over layouts, Jess gets involved in disability-centred campaigns. From The Disabled Life comedy with her sister, to Intimately Disabled with dear friends. She also loves to volunteers in various design spaces.
Jess is in the dream phase of Access Design Collective. In hopes we can all learn from disabled creatives one interview at a time.

Jess uses identity-first language, and is proud to be a disabled creative. When describing Jess or her work, use disabled or disability. That doesn't mean it's the preference for everyone! She respects self-identity, and kindly asks you do the same.
