The "our" in process is intentional. People think accessible design is a final product. But it starts before that, in how we work together.
This isn't a new concept in disabled communities. Spaces like Crip Create have taught me so much about checking in for access. Giving each person the safety of having their needs met.
Admitting "this won't work for me" without guilt is something I struggle with. Which is funny that's the whole reason I became a freelancer. I want that comfortability for my clients. A process not for, but with you.
